Nicole’s gentle and respectful approach towards customers and staff alike, is what sets her apart. Her positive nature is infectious, and with a firm belief in drawing out the best in people, Nicole finds great joy in contributing to the product knowledge of each PANDORA customer, while also continuously developing her own knowledge. Since joining the Team in 2018, Nicole’s interest in psychology and education has motivated her to offer the very best experience to every individual customer.

Lee-Andrea first started her journey with PANDORA as a part-time employee, and joined the team in a permanent capacity in 2020. She has a quiet and confident nature which makes her consulting skills authentic and much revered. She pays attention to what each individual customer requires and enjoys recommending the perfect option. Lee-Andrea is a well-respected team player with a great sense of humour. She enjoys identifying new opportunities to serve our customers well, and to develop her leadership and business skills for the future.

Mia joined our Team as the youngest member in 2021. She has shown a specific interest in joining PANDORA in order to gain experience and knowledge in the commercial sector. As a determined and dedicated member of the Team, Mia has made great progress in a very short time, continuously developing her product and people knowledge, with a particular aim to build a firm career in the jewellery trade.

Adri joined Pandora in 2023 and brings a fresh and enthusiastic outlook to the Team. She enjoys engaging with customers, exploring different sales techniques with the aim to offer each individual customer the best possible experience. Adr’s poised and quiet nature is a great asset to the Team, and her dedication to achieve only the best in every situation is a great support to colleagues and customers alike.

Lauren joined the Team at the beginning of 2023, with a firm aim to further develop her excellent people skills and high work ethic. She is currently a third year law student and challenges herself to exceed in all her tasks and the goals set before her. She has made herself unmissable through her positive attitude, and her enthusiasm continues to be an inspiration to all as she learns more about the jewellery industry.

Janelle’s energetic and creative approach to her work has proven to be a great asset to Van Deijl since she joined the company in 2012. With more than 10 years of national and international retail experience, a keen eye for beauty and an intuitive leadership style, Janelle was the perfect choice to launch and manage the PANDORA Concept Store in Tygervalley Centre from 2014, and in Paarl Mall from 2016. Janelle’s international diplomas in Make-up Design and Image Consulting, as well as in GIA Essentials has contributed to her wealth of experience, as she continues to serve both Van Deijl and PANDORA with excellence.

Mariska fulfils a key role in helping to coordinating the day-to-day operational matters of the PANDORA store. She has a can-do attitude, excellent organisational skills and
provides great leadership with her effortless and pragmatic style, when deputising and co-managing the Team. Mariska has built on her previous experience in the hospitality industry, choosing to further develop her versatility and her problem-solving skills by entering the retail industry in 2015, where her attention to detail has proven to be an invaluable asset.

Cariena, who started her career as a Veterinary Assistant, has been a valuable member of the Pandora Team since 2017. She has a special interest in administrative responsibilities and her contribution in this capacity has greatly enhanced the work and professionalism of a highly competent Team. Cariena’s dedication and positive approach to all that she does is part of her work ethic and leadership style. She excels as Assistant Manager and sets an example of excellence, always going the extra mile when supporting the Team and serving each individual customer.

With a background in Public Management, Veruschka has embraced the creativity and the endless development opportunities offered by the retail sector, since joining the Pandora Team in 2014. Her passion is to consult with and support customers in making the perfect choice when developing their jewellery collection. Her relaxed and professional style is a great asset as she intentionally seeks to treat each customer as a unique individual. Veruschka’s dedication and loyalty further contributes to her role as Sales Manager and benefits both the Pandora Team and customers alike.
